I am struggling with my flow cytometry analysis in FlowJo - I have just downloaded the 30-day free trial on my personal computer. Previously, I have done the analysis in FlowJo at my workplace where we had a licence for it, but I no longer work there, however I still need to do some of the analysis. When I opened my previosuly saved workspace, all the files were in the .mqd format, although previously I had them in the .fcs format. Even when I open a new workspace and try to import my .fcs files in there, their .mqd version appears. Can anyone help me with how to overcome this?
Hello,
First, be sure your files registered on your computeur are .fcs. Then, when you open you workspace, redragg you files in the Workplace
Finallly, if nothing working, try to uninstall it and use a recent version of FlowJo.
