Especial thank to Dr Altarawneh Ikhlas for analyzing and give the best suggestions.
very good question, well, some societies and cultures believe that women can not be good leaders, they are not even allowed to go out for work as they have to deal with their traditional roles (housekeeping and child caring). other reasons are: women lack of confidence in general , lack of managerial and interpersonal skills, social cultural factors or barriers, moreover, in workplace women do not support leader women ! so culture, customs and tradition, skills, confidence, media all are some factors make some not believing in women abilities to be leaders
1- to change the society point of view (stereotype) about women abilities what they can do in addition to their classical roles may be this will happened gradually
2- media can help to promote women as good leaders
3- educational curriculums should help women to accept leadership positions
4- government legislations can help to a very strong extent
5- specific training and development to be given for women leaders in some managerial areas
This kind of person already exists and in my personal opinion, such a person when he sees the success of women, this thing reminds him of his failure to generate the hatred and jealousy resulting from the feeling of inferiority

Because they do not know the woman and her ability. Women can do anything. They have great powers and they are all powerful. They are capable in all matters. without a woman, the world will not be in all respects.
Women are beautiful, strong, hard-working, all-powerful.
The woman who reaches the leadership is certainly worthy of this position and Batali is certainly successful because it arrived diligence and intelligence and work and not purely coincidental
Women are good examples of leadership and revolution. Please read the history carefully. Who invented Home Economics? just I will give one example, please see this link
There is no any doubts of women's successes in all fields of life but I personally don't think that a woman ready to be a leader emotionally. Success does not mean to be a leader. Success for women means to be successful in a specialization that keep her save and respected. Frankly, I don't prefer such kind of excusted jobs for women. It is just a viewpoint.
Dear colleagues: The study below is surprising, knowing that the study was conducted in developed countries, how is the case in developing countries???
A new survey from L’Oreal looks at the public’s perception of female scientists :
Based on the responses recorded in the study, it would seem that overall 67% of Europeans think that women do not possess the required skill set in order to achieve high-level scientific positions (the figure is 64% specifically for the UK). Meanwhile, in China an absolutely staggering 93% believe that women aren’t cut out to be scientists.
Thank you for bringing this topic in this forum. Women plays a major role as leaders in our society. The leadership quality starts from her own family. Taste of success is tasted by every women whereas the society is not exploring her success to the world.
I believe in the women's power in all types of occupations in spite of the fact that they look at some jobs emotionally. In some countries, religion as well as traditional beliefs prevent women from showing their competencies in the society. I need to emphasize that failure happens for everyone, men and women included! I myself strongly believe in equality of men and women.
Studies of successful women in leadership find that there are seven factors for creating lasting success:
Mental Attitude – Having a positive outlook, and turning your fears into your teachers, your weaknesses into your strengths.
Emotional Intelligence / Social Intelligence – Having the ability to feel your emotions and communicate them in a healthy way, when needed.
Flexibility – Having the ability to dance with the inevitable changes that business and life bring, while staying connected to the vision of your organization.
Leadership Skills – Having effective tools and skills to manage things such as time, energy, money, and communication. Plus, the organizational skills to make it all happen.
Perseverance – Staying the course even through hard times. Having the ability to remain committed and believe in yourself and your business, regardless of the circumstances.
Relationship Building – Giving up doing it all alone. Having the ability to create alliances that will mentor, support and grow your enterprise.
Taking Control of Your Life – Having the willingness to do the personal growth work. Identifying your strengths, weaknesses and being personally responsible for your life.
