Some literature datas shows unit of chewiness Newton, Newton*cm or no unit
Some literature datas shows unit of springiness "cm".
BUT
SPRINGINESS is a primer parameter and corresponds to the time interval between the end of the first compression followed by the beginning of the second compression.
CHEWINESS is a seconder parameter and obtained by crossing hardness,springiness and cohesiveness
Chewiness=hardness*springiness*cohesiveness
There is something wrong for units. And i couldnt find any consensus about it. Is there any explanation about this subject ?

in my research area we are using Nxmm as unit of chewiness since hardness(N)xspringiness(mm)xcohesiveness(without unit) equal to chewiness(Nxmm).
but sometimes i see researchers using g instead of N, or cm instead of mm even percentege, it depends on the sample. if you can find any conversion table you can convert gxcm to Nxmm etc.

Firstly thank you to your attention and beneficial feedbacks. I am agree with you about units based on dimention analysis. However unit of chewiness were defined only "N" in some spesific literatures. Their unit definitions for chewiness sounds not right.
