Thank you for the reply.

I followed what you said; however, I got this error: "Fixed time increment is too large ".

I think it does not accept the last iteration, because it was about to be completed after five increments and the fifth increment with only one attempt (as in AO11.JPG ). But it started to solve from the first increment again and this process happened for two times.

In fact, similar story happened befor changing  "Accept solution after reaching maximum number of iterations", but with more increments and more attempts in the last increment.

Additionally I attached the warrning at AO2.JPG.

Based on my experience, It can also be due to definition of boundary conditions, loading and so on.

Thanks for the attention.

Since the simulation gives reliable results in finite element solution (displacement and stress results), there is no problem with the steps of FE simulation (boundary conditions, loading and so on). What makes error is regarding to the Optimization of the problem.

This advice:

"Try, to "Accept solution after reaching maximum number of iterations"

is highly dangerous - it basically tells ABAQUS not to care about the actual convergence of the solution and will always accept results even if they are wrong.

Don't do this unless you are totally sure you know what you are doing.

The problem is possibly caused due to penetration of some slave nodes into master surface. One should check on the contact properties.

the problem came due to Incrementation, try to fixed it until you don't have to accept the result.

You can First of all check your Material Properties. Then, if material properties are correct, check interaction properties and if interactions are also ok, then finally try to mesh your model in parts by making partitions. The area of loading should have finer mesh. And if you are getting same error again, then try to remodel your problem.

You can change the result process from "direct" to "Iterative" under the "other" section of step function
