Hello,everyone

I am confused that why different antibodies show different molecular weight of the same protein?

I know the protein can be glycosylated sometime, and the molecular weight can be influenced.

Like CS1 antibodies, data sheet on Abcam website show that the molecular can be 18kD, 37kD or 50kD, dependent on different antibodies.  Does it because of the glycosylation? Howerer, I did not see the smear of protein on Western result at 50kD, which  reminder the modification possibility.

Can someone help me? Much thanks!
