why did the authors design a sociodemographic questionnaire? The reason for the inclusion of the questions and their dimensions in this questionnaire remains to be justified. The literature review presented to us is not sufficient to understand the relevance of these questions
Hassan Karami , actually you need to justify why you want to the study the influence of sociodemographic variables on the topic of your study, if there are previous publications to state that these can have an influence it is better that you strengthen that section in your article.
The most common reason for including socio-demographic variables is to control for the influence of background factors. This will test whether your theoretically motivated predictors have effects above and beyond their association with alternative explanatory influences, such as gender, age, eduction, etc.
For practical purposes, I would follow the recommendation of Sanaa N Al- Haj Ali to examine previsional publications in your area, and if this is indeed standard practice, then just say so and accompany your statement with citations to a couple of examples.
