Multiple peaks sometimes denotes cascade of redox activities of same or different species present in the solution matrix at the electrode surface. it could means different oxidation states of the species. It could also be a function of the scan rate used. So ensure the solution is void of impurities and try series of scan rates. Sometimes it could be as a result of the complexation of the metal ion with a ligand or radical. hope this help.
Your question is general, you should give more information about your system and which application you use to get this curve. example: MOR, EOR or EGOR etc.
generally when the surface active size of Pd is covered by poisoning intermediate species that will definitely appears in the CVs curve in addition to agglomeration of Pd.
