Can anybody suggest to me, Why my SIRC cells are not attached to the plates; post thawing in T75 flask, it is almost 48 hrs. I have even added non-essential amino acids.

If you are using this cat number T-175 first time, check if they are not non-adherent type flasks, just one of few reasons. Plate in another type of dish simultaneously,
Another reason could be thawed cells are not alive. Check the freezing medium you used. Or at any step before freezing or after thawing you might thane left cells in freezing medium too long at room temperature, DMSO can damage cells at RT for too long.
