MCF7 cells grown in DMEM supplemented with 10% FBS, 1% Pen Strep, and 15mM (in the absence of 5% CO2) in T25/T75 Culture flask. Upon seeding in 96 well Plates at the varying concentrations (5000, 7000, 7500, 8000 and 10000 cells/well) over the last 3months, do not adhere on the the plates 24hours post seeding. Please see attached pictures while awaiting your kind views and directions on what I need to do differently. Also I have used a number of 96 well Plates brands NEST, Eppendorf, Costar, and CytoOne, all of which are TC treated. Thank you.
