Hi all,

I use MyD88 Inhibitory Peptide (more details here: https://www.novusbio.com/products/myd88-inhibitor_nbp2-29328#datasheet or https://www.invivogen.com/pepinh-myd#about) to inhibit the reactive oxygen species production in whole human blood (activated for instance by zymosan). However, I have a problem with control peptide which is part of the set. The provided peptide control is inhibiting ROS production, although it should contain only the sequence which enables the peptide to translocate through the cell membrane. Any idea how to interpret this result or where could be the problem?
