I am looking for a method to analyze it in immune cells after culture.

did you consider using a NF-kB reporter cell line (fluorescence signal) ?

The reporter assay which I'm reffering to isn't published in it's current form.
in short: you transfect a reporter gene (luciferase) with a specific promotor into your cell (line) of choice, challenging this cell (line) with for instance a TLR ligand -> TLR receptor -> NF-kb -> pro-inflammatory cytokines. Because of this reporter gene this cell produces a fluorescence signal (for highest NF-kb specificity they tell me qPCR is the method of choice)

For FACS, I am pretty sure Abcam has it (for human, predicted to work w/mouse.)
I've done P65 from BD in mouse and gotten results using ebioscience intranuclear buffer set.
