Dear all,

Please i need to know the perfect procedure to separate lignin from other plant products. I need a procedure that will effectively remove lignin and to have as much cellulose as possible for ethanol production. Alkaline pretreatment hydrolysis is in a way not as effective and i want a genetically modified yeast or any chemical/procedure as soon as i can get it. Please assist.
