Thank you Dr. Noori for your fast response, but I need to get an isolate of Agrobacterium tumefaciens for research issues and as you know this is not easy to done in Iraq.
On the question title, you said that you need Agrobacterium tumefaciens for 'cloning' issues.
Agrobacterium tumefaciens cannot be used for cloning. You need a binary vector. You do the 'cloning' on the binary vector, then transfer the engineered binary vector into Agrobacterium for plant genetic transformation. So, you probably need both the bacteria and the binary vector.
The best way to obtain Agrobacterium is to find the labs that are working on plant genetic transformations in your country (if it is difficult to buy one). This can be easily done by searching papers. Using keywords 'genetic transformation' and 'Agrobacterium' and 'Iraq'.
I appreciate your advice, in fact I know the binary vector is important element in cloning which can be ordered easily here wheres bacteria is not and believe me I obliged to ask that question because I did not found "what you advised" in my country. best regards
