It is some time since I have looked at Devonian material. Is it a kind of Nikitinsporites? Or must that have small bifurcate tips to the spines? If you cannot get an answer online you should write a short question to the C.I.M.P. Newsletter and that way you will get all Palaeozoic palynologists to see you specimen. Many thanks for your interest. Nikitisporites is kind of Megaspoers, I think. This specimen is in range of miospores on the basis of measurements. I sent this photo to many Palaeozoic palynologist, but finally I drew a blank at all of them. Your suggestion is a new chance to determine it!
