While running 15% SDS gel, I have noticed some blurred blue coloration above sample protein. I have attached figure for the convenience. Suggestion and answers in this regard will be highly appreciated. Thanks.

Correcting the statement, actually cell lysate was loaded. This blurred blue coloration could be due to loading buffer?
