In some studies, people have monitored survival for 7-8 days at 25 'C and for 22 days at 20 'C of WT N2 worms. Won't the young adults you used for infection become mature and start reproducing by day 2-3? Won't there be a mix up of adult worms from the subsequent generations with the first generation?
