Alphascreen versus TR-FRET?

I want to quantify low cAMP levels generated of a constitutively active GPCR also by different mutants of this receptor. I have tried the cAMP ELISA kit from Cayman chemicals with very irreproducible results. I am planning to switch to alphascreen or TR-FRET based kits. Can any of you suggest which of these might be a good approach for quantifying low cAMP levels?
