Which version of Clampex (or the version of abf file) is compatible with the MATLAB function "abfload"?

The computer was updated to Windows 7 and Clampex 10.4.0.36.

I had a problem with data analysis. I am using a powerful mathematical function "abfload" from this website (http://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/fileexchange/22114-abf2load).

It is working well with abf v2.0 (from Clampex 10.2), but does not match with abf v 2.03 (from Clampex 10.4).

Do anyone have some suggestions?

Converting files to abf1 files has worked for me, particularly when data was acquired in variable length mode. Although the code description and comments (on the website you cited) seem to indicate otherwise.
