My compound is soluble in DMA, but even a drop of water causes it to precipitate out.
I want to administer it in mice for in-vivo study through intra-peritoneal injection route.
Which vehicle should I use?
(Since I cannot use DMA more than 10% for in-vivo study.)
I have used
1. 10% DMA+ 20% PG+40% PEG+ 30% Saline .
2. 10% DMA+ 0.1 % Tween 20+ 40% PEG+ 20% EtOH+ 30% Saline.
3. 5% DMSO+ 95% PBS
4. 50% Corn oil+ 50% DMSO and diluted it with corn oil to its required dose.
IT IS NOT SOLUBLE IN ANY OF THE ABOVE FORMULATION. What else I should try? please give me suggestion.
