Hi everyone, I am going to form a SAM layer on Gold electrode deposited on Glass piece first, and then I heating ( ~ 90C ) the glass for bonding something. So I don't know which type of SAM layer does not damage under high temperature? Many thanks for your reading

Firstly, thank you so much for your answer Professor K.SreenivasThen, I can describe my idea
Then, I can describe my idea to help you can understand my problems clearly.
A microfluidic channel will be fabricated with rectangle shape ( L=1000um, W = 250 um, H = 40 um ) with some Gold electrode inside this channel for bio-sensing. Hence, I am going to do the fabrication process likes this:
1. Deposit the electrode on the quartz wafer.
2. Deposit SU-8 or PDMS onto the quartz wafer to make a microchannel
3. Forming a SAM layer ( or any layer ) onto the Gold electrode. The function of this layer is for immobilizing the bio-receptor like Ab, ...
4. Cutting quartz wafer into small pieces and then bonding the Glass plate onto the microchannel to make a complete microchannel
5. Finally, I flow the bio-receptor like Ab, ....into microchannel via Inlet and Outlet connection for immobilizing them onto Gold electrode via SAM layer.
As I had described above, I hope Professor can imagine my device as well as its fabrication steps.
So, some problems I am not clear:
Bonding the Glass piece to SU-8 or PDMS need to use heat or UV-Expose while the Antibody is so sensitive and easy to damage under high temperature or UV light during the bonding process. This is a reason why I make a SAM layer first ( in step 3 ) because I think SAM layer will be more stable than Antibody layer in the case of high temperature.
But actually, I don't know exactly which type of SAM layer will be stable ( I mean it does not damage under high temperature )? about 90 oC.

Try with biphenyl thiols with -CH3 functional group (hydrophobic). The SAM created on gold from these molecules becomes unstabile when external temp. exceeds 120 deg.C. Try to find more in the literature. Remember that you have a strong covalent bond between Au and S, stronger than Au-Au, which is good ;).
