It depends like what you seeking or wants your requirements. Most of them are producing same outcomes but different in input. I am using Excel for small sampling or making charts and graphs but for regression analysis Eviews and Stata.
Excel is good because you can tailor the formulas,
SPSS is quite popular for big data analysis, however Origin and GraphPad Prisim are more widely used and preferred in scientific community because of its user friendly aspect of graphical representation
Accuracy is a function of the user's proficiency of the software. One would want to recommend the statistical tool which one has proficiency. However, it depends on the nature of data and results presentation formula, like Regression Analyses, in which SPSS would be better preferred; otherwise results may not differ, save from input errors.
