I need to perform a western blot from mice samples, to select positive animals for my experiments. I was thinking of doing western blot from ear tissue, finger or tail. Which one is better?

Depends on what protein you are looking at? Are you sure you want to look at protein expression? And is this a protein that would be produced in the epithelial cells? Otherwise, I would look to take samples from other places.
If your target (s) express in epithelial cells then I would go for tail cause it will be less troublesome and more quicker recovery for the animal. Otherwise liver cells would be more suitable if your experiments permit invasive organ collection.

Check your animal use approved protocol before you start. And double-check that your protein is expressed in the tissue type you want to collect.
