Which salivary exosomal miRNA is the best biomarker for the HNSCC diagnosis?

Presently we are trying to develop a kit to diagnose HNSCC using specific exosomal miRNA, for which we have reviewed a lot of research articles. However, we have yet not been able to find the specific miRNA highly expressed in exosomes. If anyone can suggest specific prognostic exosomal miRNA in HNSCC?
