We have isolated some AMF spores and identified them based on their morphology. But we want to confirm their identity using gene sequencing. So far I have gone through some journal articles, but the primer pairs or marker genes I found are mostly for identifying the whole AMF community present in soil or root samples. I am looking for the primer pairs that are suitable for gene sequencing the single AMF spore. Thanks for the suggestions.
