Millipore 96 well pcr clean up plate. Easy to use only need water no special buffers or reagents.
This might sound like self promotion, but Beckman Coulter AmPureXP is a standard for NGS (especially if automation is involved)

When I do sequencing, usually I use Qiagen products (other products, not PCR purification kit) for purification. It usually gives good results. I believe that its PCR purification kit should also be a good product too. The quality of different products with column-based technology from the same company (Qiagen) should be similar. QIAquick PCR Clean-Up Kit, claims that it can purify 100 bp ~10 kb PCR products, 95% recovery and purified DNA can be directly used for sequencing. So, you can try this one.
