The best FEA software is one you know how to use. You could get good results in both of them. But, if you are starting to learn any of the software, I would suggest you to learn ANSYS.

I think ABAQUS is easy to learn so you can go with ABAQUS. Moreover, you can get CDPM properties viz. stress strain properties, damage plasticity properties etc. easily for different grades of concrete from published papers.
