B-actin and GAPDH both are commonly used as housekeeping genes for RT-PCR in hippocampus tissues. However, a few studies have mentioned that GAPDH is more stable compared to B-actin in the hippocampus. Please find the references attached.

It depends on the model you are using. It's good to have someone check the stability in your model. The reviewers may ask you to justify the choice of reference genes.
