NIG, VDRC or the TRiP (V19,V20,V22) collections is most efficient?
I would recommend using the new TRiP lines, the combination of site specific insertion with gypsy insulator sequences to ensure high transcription makes for reliable lines, which are easy to obtain from the BDSC rapidly and at a low cost per line.
I am aware of such attempts ongoing at least a few years ago but haven't seen anything published yet.
