After the surgery is completed, reversal of neuromuscular blocking agent is achieved with neostigmine. However, if the surgeon wants to go back and explore the surgery immediately, which neuromuscular blocking agent would you choose to paralyze the patient after you have just reversed the patient with neostigmine and glycopyrrolate?

Any ND depending on expected duration of surgery, never with Depolizers.

Agreed Dr Babu Raja Sir. Usage of depolarizing muscle relaxant may cause phase II block.
How do you choose the drug and the dose if the proposed procedure is short? Say, lasting for 5 minutes.
Actually any non-depolarizing muscle relaxant will be of benefit. Depolarizing muscle relaxants are contraindicated at this moment. I prefer to go with the same relaxant you started the case with. Sometimes using dual relaxant is confusing and duration is not typical. If the surgeon is expecting a short time, use half dose of it.
