I prepared a herbal preparation for anticancer activity.
Now i wanted to prove it by doing animal studies, can any one suggest the best model to do this activity?

It depends on what form of cancer you intend to evaluate. It is important to remember that it is necessary to analyze the non-toxic concentration of herbal preparation (extract, essential oil, anyway ...) by methods such as systemic assessment of toxicity by repeated dose. Through non-toxic doses it may suggest that the anticarcinogenic activity was not due to toxicity.
