Cytotoxicity assay

Cell viability assay

DPPH scavenging assay

Apoptosis analysis

Cell cycle analysis

Saifullahi Sani You can begin with Trypan blue exclusion assay and MTT assay to measure the anticancer potential of the plant extract. Select a normal cell line and some commonly used cancer cell line based on the type of cancer.
