I want to evaluate the effect of probiotic cell free extract on C. albicans. so in my research i have to prepare the cell free extract and have tried homogenising using 2 ml grinding medium( 250 mM Sucrose, 10 mM Tris- HCl and 1mM PMSF).
Hola Ivonne ,this small volume I only think in phisycal disruption methods as sonication or agitation with glas beads. Other methods could be enzymatical or osmotic shock, but you have to see literature to evaluate their use. Buena suerte
