There isn't any commercial diagnostic kit based on RT-PCT technology which has breast milk as clinical material to measure. But there are several articles where researches used ordinary kits (Roche, Abbott, BioMerieux) for this purpose. I think that you can try any of them. If RNA extraction are not be successfull the internal control tell you about that. But I'm pretty sure that ordinary protocol of extraction with suite for breast milk.
Yes i realized that there's no kits available on the market. We will try the The VERSANT HIV-1 RNA Assay (bDNA) for now. Thanks Dmitry.
