For subcutaneous tumor formation experiments, which one do you recommend between Basement Membrane Matrix (Phenol Red) (HY-K6001) and Basement Membrane Matrix (HY-K6002)?
Basement Membrane Matrix HC (Phenol Red) (HY-K6005) undergoes subcutaneous tumor formation verification with tumor cells for each batch prior to warehouse storage. Additionally, its concentration is higher than that of Basement Membrane Matrix (Phenol Red) (HY-K6001) and Basement Membrane Matrix (HY-K6002), making it more suitable for subcutaneous tumor experiments.
HY-K6001 and HY-K6002 can also be used for subcutaneous tumor experiments; however, they do not undergo batch-specific tumor formation verification. Instead, the corresponding angiogenesis assay is conducted as a quality control item for these two products. Some customers have used HY-K6002 in subcutaneous tumor experiments, and it can serve as an alternative to HY-K6005.
