Which material of the tubing is suitable for organic solvents (like Acetonitrile, DMSO, 1,3 Dioxalene) while working with peristaltic pumps?
Teflon.
But, the question is: Can the pump survive these solvents? Is there a manual of your pump which shows the allowed solvents? There might be parts which do not like them.
DMSO (and maybe 1,4-dioxolane) seems to be the most problematic.
We are using peristaltic pump for this reason. In peristaltic pump, the fluid only contact with tubing and pump press the tubing to pump the fluid.

I know that Zinc Iodide and Zinc Bromide has good solutbility in water but I am working on Non-Aqeous systems. So, kindly share if anyone used these chemicals with acetonitrile.

Most of the literature is related to use of Metal Acetylacetonate as redox species for NARFB. Is there any particular reason other than solubility?
