Hello, I would like to ask for help everyone who has some experience with KRAS protein detection by Western Blot Analysis. Could you recommend me any good quality and good working KRAS antibody which you know is suitable to Western Blot? Thanks a lot for any help!
I have used the following 2 kinds of antibodies for WB analysis of KRAS oncogene.
Anti-KRAS Antibody (ab55391)
or
K-Ras Antibody(F234): sc-30
Both antibodies detect KRAS with approximately 20kDa, but it depends on the post-translational modification of the C-terminal membrane-targeting region of Ras molecule.

We use the Santa Cruz antibody (sc-30) as Go said above. It works well for us.
