I want to calculate Sherwood Number for a diffusion process of oxygen molecules in human blood. To use the relevant Sherwood Number correlation, I need to find Schmidt Number. Following the formula for Sc=kinematic viscosity/molecular diffusivity, I am confused about if those parameters are oxygen's or blood's parameters. I use oxygen's molecular diffusivity in blood for the denominator. If that's correct, what about numerator? Should i use oxygen's kinematic viscosity or blood's?

According to the Schmidt number (Sc) definition, kinematic viscosity and molecular diffusivity are properties of the penetrating agent (oxygen). For calculation the kinematic viscosity of O2, you can use the following link.

I'm ok with Schmidt Number. But now, I'm confused about the terms in Reynolds Number. In the end, what I try to find is Sherwood Number using experimental correlations with Reynolds Number and Schmidt Number. If I should use oxygen's properties for Schmidt Number, should I also use oxygen's velocity and kinematic viscosity for Reynolds Number?
You use the same properties for the dimensionless numbers. Think of it this way... The experimental data from which any empirical relationship is derived was dimensional and for a specific fluid or combination of fluids. The dimensionless numbers were added to facilitate correlation and generalization of the specific experimental results. You can always use Reynolds Analogy for heat transfer (St=f/2) and the Chilton-Colburn Analogy for mass transfer (f/2=Sh/Re/Sc^(1/3))
