My research project requires use of docking programs. So far I have become familiar with "Autodock Vina", as my colleagues also use it and there are numerous tutorial videos about the software. However, in one scientific paper I read, ran into another docking program called DOCK3.8. I couldn't find much information on the internet about it, and don't know the pros and cons of this program when compared with Autodock Vina. I would like to learn if I can make use of DOCK3.8.
Is there anyone that can help me with that?
