Which is the proper Journal for peer-review publishing of two new methods identifying the inflection point of a curve?
Two methods for identifying the inflection point of a curve have been established:
1)they work similar to the bisection method with any level of desired accuracy
2)they work for data containing errors as consistent estimators of inflection point
The contribution is twofold:
i)a pure numerical analysis method to find inflection point for any known or unknown function
ii)a statistical estimator of inflection point for data from any unknown function
So, which is the 'main' contribution: Numerical Analysis Or Computational Statistics?

I would go for journals like: SIAM Journal on Numerical Analysis but if you are interested in proper appreciation for both the objectives, I think a better match would be in signal processing journals if you can illustrate it with a signal processing example: Digital Signal Processing, Signal Processing or IEEE Transactions on Signal Processing
You will reach a large audience if you publish in the International Journal of Mathematical Edcuation in Science and Technology.
