Has arxiv.org fallen into an arrogant state, due to its over-success? From certain examples it seems that: (i)It is a non-declared Journal without known editor in chief, without known referees (moderators) and without a specific written policy regarding submitted papers (ii) It applies a hidden censorship to all papers that are not inside the common scientific accepted dogma (iii) It has not a specifically and open declared policy regarding the criteria of acceptance or rejection for each submitted article: The definition of the jungle rule itself.
