The value of molar decadic absorption coefficient of dichloromethane was the highest as compared with water, ethyl acetate and chloroform, which shows that the dichloromethane is the best solvent for caffeine extraction as compared with other investigated solvents.
Although Dichloromethane is suggested in some sources but according to mobility phase buffers, it can also try ethyl acetate. Then, It is better to check the results in two similar conditions at the same wavelength and selecte the appropriate solvents.

The common organic solvent for removing caffeine in industry is dichloromethane. The solubility of caffeine in dichloromethane is better, and the volatility of dichloromethane is also better.
