I'd like to get hemin Fe 3+, to fold DNAzyme with all hemin molecules in an oxidated state, to avoid some catalytic effects on some components making folding buffer.
I want to use acetylphenylhydrazine or phenylhydrazine, but I don't know wish is the most suitable.

Depending on the pH of your experiment, it is possibly better to use inorganic oxidants like ferricyanide, irridium hexachloride. Hemin has a relatively low potential, so you have a lot of options to chose from. I don't know if it will interfere with the DNAzyme. Then again did you see reduction of hemin during these experiments? Otherwise hemin does come as hemin chloride from commercial sources which is already in the ferric form.
Dear Abhishek Dey, I would like thank you to replay in so detailed way to my question. Actually I didn't see any kind of evidences drive me to think about an enzymatic activity of DNAzyme inner our samples. Our doubts has been come out thinking about on DNAzyme reactivity.
