Which is the best method to determine Superoxide Ion by spectrophotometry in plant samples?

I know the Hydroxylamine and NBT methods to determine superoxide Ion. But, which is the most accurate method to avoid the rapid disappearance of the superoxide ion in plant samples and to adequately detect its presence?
