Any help will be appreciated!!

I am trying to use the Visual MINTEQ to investigate the speciation of ions in some environmental samples. In the input files, I only fixed the pH value and provided all the interested ions with concentrations, the settings of Visual MINTEQ are all as default. When I run the model, the output shows like that in the picture (VM_P1). Is there anyone who knows how to handle this problem? I assume the problem is that too many ions were input, but I already tried to reduce the number of ions as possible and the rest of them are really what I am interested in.

Actually, I observe some strange situations when testing different samples. I run the simulation once I add an ion into the system. Sometimes, for example, when I add the "Ce" into the system, the output will be the infinity. And after that, I add one more ion, the "Cs", into the system, and I can get the normal output (picture VM_P2).
