I am using the Europium Chelate probe for antibody conjugation. When I used EDC and NHS (0.14mg/ml and 1.32mg/ml) as a crosslinker, I faced a problem. I used to get a low yield of a conjugated antibody. So kindly suggest the concentration for the same
