I have a doubt, when doing the study of apotosis by annexin V, I get that there is early and late apoptosis at 24 hours after treatment, however, when studying the cycle and seeing the peak Sub-G1 does not appear until the 6th day of treatment. This is what it should be?.

I would also like to comment that during the first 6 days what is seen in the cycle is a strong stop in phase G0 / G1 (with nothing in Sub-G1) and from day 6 it appears Sub-G1.
For apoptosis, Annexin V. Sub G1 is subjective. Sub G1 is a indicative of apoptosis and you need to check, if in fact the "arresting" is apoptosis.
