Now the world is warm in developing new generation cars using electricity. The goal is that vehicles become more environmentally friendly and minimize global warming. Will the generation of fossil fuel vehicles be over soon? easy as that? try to see it in the next ten years. Thanks very much.

This is asking the wrong question. If people start using it, the state will find a way to make money on it.
I would highly recommend reading some of the Dutch "Transitions" literature, by Frank Geels e.t.c. on the nature of socio-technical transitions. Lots of historical examples - in the UK the shift from horse-power to the canals to the railways e.t.c. I think at the moment, we are in the middle of witnessing a disruption of Schumpterian scale.
I feel that it depends on the perspective: those mining and selling oil will surely see the issue different than those selling electric cars.
In the current low oil prices scenario globally, if anything, this transition is going to become harder. Most of the world transportation is dependent on oil and when I say transportation, it includes ships, airways, and of course vehicles on road. Therefore, it is a long way to go before all these modes of transportation move towards electrification. Having said that, with appropriate charging infrastructure, and cleaner electricity grid, electrification of cars is totally possible with today's technology but cost is a barrier without policy support.
