In my experience, none of the current anti-CD133 antibodies work for IHC. I find that many researchers that publish CD133 IHC often don't run appropriate controls and slides are not evaluated by a qualified pathologist in a blinded fashion.
I found this: http://www.antibody-adviser.org/antibodies/view/3 I'll share your question with the author of these reviews. We'll see if he can help you with this.
I recommend a free antibody database available at labome.com. For antibodies to CD133 you can check the following link: https://www.labome.com/review/gene/human/CD133-antibody.html. Abnova has CD133 antibody (Abnova, PAB12663) used in immunocytochemistry on human samples at 1:100 (Ling et al, Mol Med Rep. 2015). OriGene offers CD133 antibody (Origene, TA309943) used in immunohistochemistry on human samples (fig 1) (Fraveto et al, PLoS One. 2015). In addition, EMD Millipore provides CD133 antibody (Millipore, MAB4399) used in immunohistochemistry - paraffin section on human samples at 1:100 (Liu et al, Hum Pathol. 2013). Also, Novus Biologicals has CD133 antibody (Novus Biologicals, NB120-16518) suitable for IHC on human samples.
