Which file produces the sub-population when running 'Structure software?' I am assuming the "Q matrix" file. Could someone familiar confirm?

Thank you for the paper. Am currently reading it. Very well articulated.

Could you further verify the results I obtained from Structure Harvester. It looks like the sub-population is not really well defined here. I am a bit confused on which will be my best sub-population (best K).

Find attached are all diagram transcripts of the results from Structure Harvester.
