Please clarify your question. Are you inquiring about volatile buffer options for use in LC-MS analysis? If so, please read the attached linked article, "Popular LC/MS and HPLC Volatile Mobile Phase Buffers".
I guess you're referring to detergents that can be used during preparation of samples for MS? In that case, there are some acid-cleavable detergents available (such as Rapigest) that could be worth looking into.
If you really are looking for a digest for proteomics (question clarity needed), then something like Invitrosol works well, but remember that post digestion you still need to spin down and dry the material before reconstituting in mobile phase.
I‘m sorry that i didn't describe the question clearly. The detergent is added into lysis buffer and then i would purify proteins with flag agarose. Then i would use this sample to do a Mass Spectrometry.
I've had good success adding 1% octylglucoside (a.k.a. Octyl β-D-glucopyranoside) to my lysis buffers, and then removing it post-digestion with an ethyl acetate extraction prior to MS analysis. Here is a paper describing the extraction method:

This is assuming that your downstream MS analysis is bottom-up (and hence includes a protease digestion), not top-down. Good luck!
